We are just down from the core of Pensacola Beach activities, you can walk or take the free trolley in summer. We are in a residential area, but restaurants and activities and sailing and boating are all very close by. This is a barrier island, long and narrow, so you can walk from the Gulf to the Intercoastal waterway in about 5 minutes.
