Gulf Shores is fairly well spread out to be such a small town. The grocers are about 5 miles or more away from the beach. Our fave is The BeachHouse Kitchen & Cocktails right by the cottage. Other favorites include Mikee's, Desoto's, Lulu's (especially with children!), The Ruby Slipper for breakfast, Fisher's in Orange Beach Marina if you want a very special evening out, and The Pink Pony.
