The condo is located on the third floor which is the top floor, on the corner of 5th street and St Louis Ave. It is one block from the sport fields which include basketball courts and Ocean City Skate Park. Also one block from free public fishing bulkhead, which is right at the east channel in the bay. Park your car in the off street parking lot and pretty much walk where ever you want to go, beach, boardwalk, shops, bars and restaurants are all within a short walk from the condo.
