Florence 1 is sitting right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We are located on the less crowded north side of the island. Just a short walk to Wanna Wanna, a local favorite for drinks, food and music. You can join in a game of volleyball there of hitch a ride on the banana boat there. Clayton's is just a little farther in the other direction. We really like this building with it's laid back vibe, plus there is plenty of free parking.
