Alaska’s Beaver Creek Wild and Scenic River is a stunning dog-friendly destination. On either side of Beaver Creek are the swooping faces of the White Mountains, made up of white limestone rock formations. You can hike atop the mountains or discover one of the trails closer to the creek itself. To access the river, you just need to hike a limestone ridge and try not to lose your breath as you gawp at the stunning views. Camping spots can be found at one of the many gravel bars next to the river, and if Fido can stomach it, you can join one of the floating groups along the river.
