Leashed dogs can enjoy Tumbleweed Park in Chandler, Arizona with their humans. The park is an expansive area with many different features and activities to choose from. Stroll through the 2,000 square foot butterfly garden, (created as a Girl Scout Gold Award project by a lifetime Chandler resident) featuring over forty different plant species. The garden is a Monarch way station, where Monarch butterflies come to breed and eat, and it has many informational signs throughout about the lifecycle of a butterfly. The human children can play on the 2.5 acre playground and picnic area, Playtopia, while the parents set up a picnic meal for the whole family to enjoy.
