See Phoenix from above by taking your dog to Dobbins Lookout. This lookout point is at a 2,330 foot elevation above the Phoenix Valley, and is only a fifteen minute drive from downtown Phoenix. You can either drive to the top or attempt to hike the difficult three mile Holbert Trail. Try going at sunset, when the light from the sun reflect onto the rocks and makes them look bright red. If you are hiking, make sure to bring plenty of water for yourself and for Fido. Dogs must be leashed at all times at Dobbins Lookout.
