Dogs are welcome at Conway Cemetery Historic State Park in Arkansas, where James Sevier Conway, Arkansas' first governor, lays to rest. This park is 11-acres on a large cotton plantation named Walnut HIll. You and Fido won't find any campsites or visitor services available at this state historic site.
