Leashed dogs are welcome to join you on the trails at Arkansas Post National Memorial, commemorating the first European settlement in the Lower Mississippi Valley. The post was also the site of a skirmish during the Revolutionary War and played an important role in the state's Civil War history. You and Fido can see the historic town site, stroll along the nature trails, or visit the site of the Battle of Arkansas Post. Dogs must be leashed at all times.
