Dogs are allowed to join you at certain areas of McArthur-Burney Falls Memorial State Park, the second oldest state park in California. Fido isn't allowed to join you on beaches and most trails, with the exception of the Cemetery Trail, which dates back to the 1800's. McArthur-Burney Falls Memorial State Park is open every day of the year from sunrise to sunset.
