Located in the heart of Napa Valley wine country, dogs are welcome at the camp and picnic areas at Bothe-Napa Valley State Park. They are not permitted on the trails or in the pool area and may not be left unattended and must be inside a vehicle or tent at night.The surrounding area is covered in coastal redwoods as well as forests of Douglas-fir, tanoak, and madrone. The park is open every day of the week from 8am to sunset.
