Dogs are welcome at Bidwell-Sacramento River State Park, where people in tubes cruise down the river on sunny days and elderberry, wild grape, blackberry, wild rose, and a selection of beautiful perennials grow on the banks. Fido must remain on a leash under six feet on the trails, both paved and more natural. Bidwell-Sacramento River State Park is open every day during the day.
