Off-leash pets are welcome to enjoy this gorgeous, rocky beach with you. To go to the Noyo Beach park, turn east on the north end of the Noyo Bridge (left coming south, right going north) on N. Harbor Drive and follow the road down the steep hill into the harbor, then under the bridge and to the beach. After visiting the beach, stop at Nemo's Fishmarket on N. Harbor Drive where you and your dog can sit on the deck and have lunch.
