The park consists of 25 acres of spectacular bluff-top property -- beautiful views from a paved walkway along north side of the headlands overlooking the Noyo Harbor entrance. Across from Surf Motel and Gardens, west side of Hwy 1. Walkway is suitable for wheelchairs or strollers, and there are benches as well as poop bag dispensers for dog walkers.
