Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve allows leashed dogs on the main, paved road, in one of the developed picnic areas, and one of the developed picnic areas at Bullfrog Pond Campground. If camping, your pet will need to stay in your tent or in your vehicle overnight. The tallest tree in the park is over 310 feet high and the oldest tree is said to be around 1400 years old. The park is open from 8am to one hour after sunset.
