Dogs are welcome at Grover Hot Springs State Park. Fido can join you on various trails, the campsite, and in the car park but they aren't allowed in the actual pool area or in the water. As well as the hot springs, the park is made up of open pine forest, sagebrush, and meadows. The park is open all year round, but you should call them to double check on the day you're looking to visit.
