Dogs are allowed at Hendy Woods State Park, as long as they are on a leash. Fido can join you at campsites and picnic areas, but they're not allowed on any of the trails at the park. Hendy Woods protects two huge groves of redwoods and is home to trees that are up to 1000 years old and tower over 300 feet. The park is open from 8am to sunset every day of the week.
