At HALL Wines in St. Helena, dogs are welcome in the beautiful courtyard but not indoors. The picture perfect setting makes anytime an ideal time to visit. However, when you go with your furry friend in October you can help other animals at the same time. Every October the winery conducts its month-long “Harvest Hounds” in the courtyard. That's where four-legged friends can get together while the bipeds taste HALL wines, with proceeds benefiting Napa Humane. Last year, $8500 was raised for Napa Humane.
