Council Brewing Co. is dog-friendly! A craft beer brewery, Council claims to focus on Ales hailing from American, Belgian, and English origins with emphasis on San Diego's interpretation of West Coast IPAs and Sour Beers. Well-behaved and leashed pets are welcome at Council. Its Tasting Room is open Sunday from 12pm to 8pm, Monday through Wednesday from 2pm to 9pm, Thursday from 2pm to 10pm, and Friday and Saturday from 11am to 10pm.
