Leashed dogs are welcome to join their humans on a stroll through history at Old Town San Diego State Historic Park, where humans will learn about life in the 1820s-1870s. Here visitors will see the converging cultures of Mexico and the United States as they follow the transition of San Diego through history from a Mexican pueblo to an American settlement. Dogs must be leashed at all times and are not permitted in building.
