The last beach near the point at Avila Beach has a lot of dogs that are off-leash; although it's posted however they are not allowed between 10am-5pm. The beach is bordered by rocks jutting out into the water and a rocky cliff up to the street, so it's a natural sort of fence. There are doggie bags available for use. Parking is along the road and access is free.
