One of Telluride's most popular hikes, the Bear Creek Preserve Trail leads leashed dogs and their owners to the stunning Bear Creek Falls. The well-marked trail is wooded, running past meadows and cairns, and leads to magnificent waterfalls and views of the town of Telluride. Bear Creek Preserve Trail is two and a half miles one way and takes approximately one hour and fifteen minutes (at a leisurely pace) to reach the falls from the trailhead located at the end of South Pine Street.
