Dogs are welcome at State Forest State Park, as long as they are on a leash. This park showcases the best of Colorado's rugged countryside, including 71,000 acres of colourful forest, jagged mountain peaks, and picturesque alpine lakes. You and Fido can stay at one of the many campsites in the area as well. One of the most popular things to do at the park is to view wild moose going about their days. The park is open all day, every day.
