Dogs are welcome to stay at Salt Rock State Campground. The campground is set among 149-acres of woodland and is adjacent to the waterfront of Shetucket River, where you and Fido can fish with a license. The campground and surrounding area contains swimming pools, walking trails, restrooms, and a number of other useful amenities. Pet owners are reminded that they must keep Fido on a leash on the premises and that there is a maximum of two pets per campsite. The park grounds are open every day of the week from 8am until sunset.
