Dogs on leashes under six feet are welcome at Hofwyl-Broadfield Plantation. This former rice plantation is home to nature trails and a section of Georgia's Colonial Coast Birding Trail where you can spot over 300 different species of bird. Fido is welcome to join you on both of these, but isn't permitted inside any of the historic buildings at the state park. The entrance fee for adults is $8. You can gain access to the park Wednesday through Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
