Dogs are allowed at Traveler's Rest State Historic Site, a stagecoach inn and plantation home that were constructed in 1815. You and your dog can check out the exterior of the buildings together and wander around any historic trails that you can find. The fee for entry into the park is $5 for adults. They are open weekends from 9am to 5pm.
