Dogs are allowed at Castle Rocks State Park, a rock climbers paradise. With hundreds of routes to explore, scramblers from all over are drawn to the stunning mountains and their dramatic backdrop. The California National Historic Trail weaves through the park and there are a number of other pet-friendly trails in the area as well. Unfortunately, pooches are not allowed in the yurts located in the area.
