Dogs are welcome at Land of the Yankee Fork State Park. This historic area commemorates Idaho's history of mining. Fido is welcome to join you on the historic trails that were once trudged by groups of miners back in the day. While you're in the area, be sure to check out the eerily beautiful ghost towns of Bonanza, Custer and Bayhorse, the Yankee Fork Gold Dredge, the Custer Motorway, and the Challis Bison Jump. Wildlife lovers will also enjoy the varied selection of animals that call the area home. The fee for entry into the park is $5 per vehicle.
