Eagle Island State Park is dog-friendly. This 545-acre park is home to five miles of trails that can be enjoyed by dogs and their owners. Most of the trails lead through grassy meadows to the Boise River and are perfect for pooches and their owners to get some exercise and enjoy the outdoors. While Fido takes a break, you can take a dip by on the popular waterslide next to the river. The fee for entry into the park is $5 per vehicle. You can check out the trails every day of the week from sunrise to sunset.
