Dogs are allowed to join their owners at Banner Marsh State Fish and Wildlife Area. This popular place has a number of picnic areas located next to the water for people to enjoy. You and Fido may run into hunting dogs training and conducting field trials. Pets must be on a leash at all times and owners should pick up after their pooches when they make a mess. You can get a hunting dog license at Rice Lake State Fish and Wildlife Area, located southwest of Banner Marsh.
