Dixon Springs State Park is dog-friendly. This hilly park is home to stunning cliffs that overhang a babbling brook and large boulders overgrown with ferns, ivy, lichen, and moss. At 786-acres, there's plenty to explore and it's a great spot to enjoy some food with Fido at one of the three picnic areas in the park and look out over the water as it falls over the rocks. The main attraction for dogs and their owners is the 1.7-mile nature trail and 1-mile trail through Ghost Dance Canyon.
