Dogs are welcome at Potato Creek State Park. This popular park is home to the 327-acre Worster Lake, old fields, mature woodlands, restored prairies, and wetlands that are all ideal for a day trip with your pooch. If you are looking to explore all the nooks and crannies of the park, you can use the nine trails that weave around the diverse landscape. The longest is a 6.6-mile mountain bike trail that allows hikers to walk safely in the opposite direction of mountain bikers. Adventurous hikers will love the rugged hiking trail that winds through woods, up and down hills, all the way to the highest point in the park. Potato Creek State Park is open every day of the week from 7am to 11pm.
