Dogs are welcome at Beeds Lake State Park, where a two-mile trail weaves around the varied landscape. The lake itself is spring-fed and provides a great habitat for lots of different fish and birds to thrive. There's a grassy picnic area that is shaded for families and their pets to stay cool on hotter days. Beeds Lake State Park is open every day of the week from 6am to 10pm. You can bring Fido with you to enjoy the whole park, just remember to keep them on a leash under six feet for the duration of their visit and clean up any mess after them.
