Loess Hills State Forest is dog-friendly! The State Forest is comprised of four units, totaling 11,600 acres. The Pisgah unit features a small lake with fishing, and an overlook with spectacular views of the forest, prairies, the Missouri River Bottomlands, and Nebraska.
