This new off leash dog park is located just north of Westminster off Rt 27 (next to Random House). The fenced area is just over an acre and is a mix of grass and wood chips. There are benches and buckets for water (bring your own water) . Membership is $30 per year. Print off and mail the membership form found on our webpage (BennettCerfDogPark.org) or stop by the Carroll County Recreation and Parks office on S. Center St. to sign up. Proof of Rabies vacine and county tags must be presented.
