Van Riper State Park is home to 1 1/2 miles of waterfront along Lake Michigamme and 1 1/2 miles of frontage along the Peshekee River. A slow drive through the north of the park may reward you with the sight of a majestic moose! Dogs are not permitted in buildings or in swimming areas.
