Gulf Islands National Seashore

3500 Park Rd, Ocean Springs, MS, US, 39564

Certain areas of Gulf Islands National Seashore are dog-friendly! Leashed dogs are allowed on trails, multi-use paths, and on park roads. They are also allowed to be tied to fixed objects in the Davis Bayou and Fort Pickens Campgrounds, if their leash is less than six feet long, the pet is quiet, and out of harm's way. Pets must be cleaned up after during their visit. Dog owners can check out Gulf Islands National Seashore's official website to find operating hours and entrance fees for specific areas of the Seashore.

Dogs are NOT allowed on all park beaches and in water less than five feet in Florida; on all beaches of the Mississippi barrier islands and in water less than five feet surrounding the islands; and in the forts or visitor use facilities, such as pavilions, fishing and ferry piers, and visitor centers.
