The American Kennel Club Museum of the Dog is a 14,000 square foot facility featuring the world's finest collection of dog-devoted art. More than 700 original paintings, watercolors, drawings, figurines, sculptures, and other works of art are found within the walls of the museum and the historic Jarville House. Visitors are encouraged to bring canine members of the family with them to enjoy both the museum and the gift shop. Dogs must be well-behaved and leashed while in the museum. The museum provides doggy treats and fresh water. Queeny Park, adjacent to the museum, is the perfect place to take your dog for a stroll after the museum collections.
