In addition to dog sledding experiences, Muddy Paw Sled Dog Kennel also offers lessons for guests that want to try their hand at a variety of sports such as: dog sledding, ski-joring, bike-joring and our newest activity scootering-joring! Interested guests and their canine companions train with one of our Iditarod veterans and experienced mushers. During their lesson participants will have the opportunity to meet the rescue and second-chance sled dogs that call Muddy Paw Sled Dog Kennel home, learn all about the gear, practice verbal commands and learn the skills needed to continue their new "job" once back at home.
