Hunter Island Trail is an easy, 2.25-mile hike that will take about 1 hour to complete with Fido. Keep an eye out for rising tides as you meander through the salt marshes, forest, meadows, and shorelines of Hunter Island. Your dog must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet and you may also want to pack some mosquito repellent.
