Bring Fido to hike up the cliffs that overlook Long Island Sound or walk along the Sand Point Castle. Dog owners are welcome to bring their four-legged friends to the Sands Point Preserve, provided the dogs are kept on a leash at all times. There are no exceptions to this rule as the safety and well-being of all visitors including adults, children, and all animals, are of paramount importance. Dogs are not permitted on the beach at any time.
