Pet owners love to bring their four-legged friends to this island park. Located in Ellicott Creek, the Ellicott Island Bark Park is unique, in that it is not fenced, but surrounded by water. Dogs are welcome to explore off-leash as long as they are cleaned up after. Ellicott Island features a doggy beach, open and shaded areas, trails, and a free library station for human visitors. Volunteers provide bowls and fresh water. Dog owners can enter Ellicott Island Bark Park at the park's double-gated footbridge.
