Haunted Asheville, Asheville's original and oldest ghost tour company, welcomes well-behaved, leashed pets on their Classic Tour and Vampire and Occult Tour. On the Classic Tour, you will walk through downtown Asheville and visit some of the area's most haunted spots. Your guide will tell you the history, legends, and lore surrounding these places as you learn about ghost hunting. On the Vampire and Occult Tour, you will hear about conspiracies surrounding the Freemasons, learn why the neighboring county was named Transylvania County, learn more about the local vampire scene and the tribal rites in Pritchard Park, and more, all while exploring Asheville by night. Both tours end with a visit to the Mystery Museum in the basement of the Masonic Temple. Dogs cannot go inside any of the buildings, so someone in your party will need to stay outside with your pup.
