Head to the River Arts District with Fido and he can help you sniff out treasures in a variety of studios, galleries, businesses, restaurants, and more. The River Arts District is a bustling creative community of sculptors, painters, glass artists, fabric artists, ceramic artists, print-makers, potters, woodworkers, jewelry-makers, and other artisans. Many of the studios and galleries welcome dogs to join their humans as they pop in for a visit and to browse the artist's work. Come by on the second Saturday of the month and enjoy exhibitions and many open studios. Studio hours vary, so make a treasure hunt of it and visit with a mind open for possibilities. Just keep Fido on a leash at all times and make sure to get permission from the artist or store owner before bringing your pup inside.
