Carolina Beach is dog-friendly! Leashed pets are allowed on the beach before 9am and after 5pm from April 1 through September 30. From October 1 through March 31, leashed dogs are allowed on the beach at all hours. Dogs are not allowed on the wooden boardwalk or boardwalk business district.
