The Kings Mountain Gateway Trail is a greenway designed to connect the City of Kings Mountain to Crowders Mountain State Park, Kings Mountain State Park, Kings Mountain National Military Park. Recently completed trail extend to I-85 are 5 miles of paved trail and soft-packed gravel trail. Future plans are to extend the trail to the Boulders Access facility on Bethlehem Road.
