The Black Cat Shoppe is dog-friendly! Leashed dogs are welcome to join their owners as they explore the gift store, which brands itself and its wares as, "unusual, quirky, unique, cool and funny." The New Bern location of The Black Cat Shoppe is open Monday through Thursday from 10am to 6pm, Friday from 10am to 8pm, Saturday from 9am to 8pm, and Sunday from 11am to 6pm.
