Cliffs of the Neuse State park offers five easy to moderate trails that run along the Neuse River and deep forests. Pets are allowed on the trails as long as they remain leashed. Some trails will lead to quiet fishing spots. Campsites, picnic areas, boat & canoe rentals, and a 11-acre swimming lake are available for small fees.
