Densons Creek Nature Trail is an easy, 2.2 mile hike in Uwharrie National Forest that will take about 1.5 hours to complete with Fido. This 53,000 acre national forest is only an hour east of Charlotte and offers nice woodland, lakes, and rivers. This particular trail is one of the shorter in the forest and provides ample shade. Please note that dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet.
