The Falls Lake Trail (or Mountains-to-Sea Trail) is a moderately easy, 5.4-mile hike in Falls Lake State Recreation Area that will take about 2 hours to complete with Fido. This trail is only open to foot traffic, so you won't be sharing the trail with mountain bikers or horses. Please note that dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet. .
